I wanted to see how fast I could make a video about a random subject.
I asked a friend to give me a subject, and he chose mental health. I researched about mental health and took a broad approach to it, with info about a bit of everything.
I wanted subdued and dark colors to reflect the severity of the situation. I then use bright cyan and red to highlight positiv and negative aspects.
